A 'customer' is anyone who receives information from BETSMARTY. 'Services' relates to any information we supply. As a 'customer' subscribing or utilizing any of our 'services' you agree in full to be bound by and agree to comply with the Terms and conditions.

1. BETSMARTY will not pass on any of your details to any third parties, nor will your information be used for advertising purposes, other than those directly related with BETSMARTY. 

2. BETSMARTY do not condone the use of SPAM. 

3. Our services require a significant amount of time in administration, and setup irrespective of results, and as such we regret we cannot offer any refunds. 

4. Any subscriptions to BETSMARTY can be cancelled prior to any recurring payments required to renew the subscription. Once subscriptions have been renewed it is not possible to cancel any membership (other than the monthly membership) once payment has been made and no pro-rata refunds can be given unless required to do so by law. 

5. Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time. Any cancelled subscriptions will remain as pending until the next payment due date and the member will have full access to BETSMARTY until this date. After this date, the membership will have completed the cancellation and access to your membership will have ceased. 

6. BETSMARTY or our providers cannot be help responsible for any situation arising where subscription payments have not been cancelled correctly. Our payment providers including Paypal have specific instructions to cancel recurring payments and these need to be adhered to where required.
